Volunteer Opportunities
Parent & caregiver volunteers make a school like this run. Classroom help, as well as campus support are essential to delivering such an ambitious, whole child program as this. Below is a list of teams and committees. You can also volunteer in the office, cafeteria or for yard duty. Come to the front desk or email the secretary for more details.

The Tech Wise Parent Posse is a group of Live Oak parents who are all just trying to figure out how to thoughtfully engage with technology and media with their families. No judgments, no kool aid, just understanding, questions, discussion and support. We focus on developing skills that are appropriate for our own homes, and alternatives to tech when we choose to use them. Check out our evolving Tech Wise resource sheet. Meets once every few months. See Calendar for dates. There will be tea and snacks. Contact: Alessa
