The Live Oak Charter School Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to support the Waldorf-informed educational programs of Live Oak Charter School in Petaluma, California. Learn more about The Foundation.
Annual FundThrough the generosity of our community, Live Oak Charter is able to offer an academically rigorous & artistically rich interdisciplinary program that includes high-quality art materials & instruments, specialty classes in handwork, movement/spatial dynamics, and a dedicated middle school math teacher along with supporting seasonal festivals & rituals, class field trips and so much more through the Annual Fund.
About Your DonationAll donations are voluntary, confidential, and tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law and IRS tax codes. Donations of cash, cash equivalents, and securities are accepted. Donated funds become part of the Live Oak Support Grant that is given directly to the school to support essential programs. The Fun Committee's goal is to strengthen our community by creating opportunities to have fun together! We plan a Winter Social, the Winter Faire, Skate Night, pool parties, an end-of-year picnic, and last day popsicles. Join us if you want to help out with one or more of our events!

Our Annual Spring Auction 2025 was a Huge Success

Garden of Light
Held in Hertzog Hall, Petaluma, CA There are many fundraisers throughout the year, but the main event is the Spring Auction. This annual event offers parents, caregivers, staff and alumni an opportunity to come together and celebrate what this life-giving education is all about - community! The Spring Auction includes a fabulous silent auction from local vendors, delicious dinner and libations along with an uproarious live auction and dancing to sensational Live Oak parent band.
