Before & Aftercare
Live Oak's After School Program (ASP) is designed to provide after school care for K-6 grade children attending our school. Grade 7 & 8 students may sign up for the Work/Study Program Free of Charge. The program provides time in your child's day to rest, play and nurture friendships. We offer a safe, secure, and enriching environment for school children that are supervised by trained, caring adults. ASP incorporates Waldorf-methods to complement the school's curriculum with age-appropriate activities for the children.
Parents may opt for a Monthly Contract Agreement or a Drop-in Only Agreement. This document must be filled out, checking appropriate boxes, initialing the 2nd page agreements and signed. A separate After School Application must be submitted with a $50 application fee. Please fill this out completely, as it is necessary that we have contact and emergency information on file for every child. The email on this application is used for all invoicing and billing.
Please read the After School Program Handbook for all details and information about our program. This document discusses the structure of the program in depth, outlining procedures for enrollment, pickup and payment.
